Domaines Schlumberger’s 2022 Les Princes Abbés Pinot Gris draws much of its character from the south-facing Schimberg locality in Guebwiller, where volcanic subsoil shapes this expressive Alsace white.

Quince, Mirabelle plum and orange blossom lead into richer hints of honey, almond and mushroom. The palate is soft yet lively, combining generous texture with a savory touch of bitterness on the long finish.

Pair with poultry samosas, duck terrine or a soft washed-rind cheese.
