Nicolas Maillart’s Platine Premier Cru brings together Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier from Écueil, Villers-Allerand and Bouzy, with fruit drawn exclusively from Premier and Grand Cru vineyards in Champagne.

Golden in the glass with fine, persistent bubbles, it offers expressive notes of apple and pear, toasted almonds and delicate flowers. The palate is fresh yet generous, with a creamy texture and a long, elegant finish. Barrel-aged reserve wines lend depth and continuity to the blend.
