Izar-Leku Hondarrabi Zuri Sparkling Txakoli

A vibrant and refreshing sparkling wine from the Atlantic‑influenced hills above Zarautz in Spain’s Basque Country. Made primarily from the native Hondarrabi Zuri grape (with a touch of Hondarrabi Beltza), this traditional‑method sparkler builds on the region’s historic txakoli heritage with extended lees ageing and fine, persistent bubbles. 

On the nose, expect crisp citrus, green apple, and delicate floral notes with a hint of saline minerality that reflects the cool sea breezes of the Bay of Biscay.  The palate is dry, energetic, and precise, distinguished by bright acidity, subtle bread‑yeast complexity from lees contact, and a long, refreshing finish with a slight ocean‑kissed tension.
