Frank Cornelissen’s 2021 MunJebel Bianco comes from the northern slopes of Mount Etna, where Grecanico Dorato and Carricante grow in volcanic soils.

A blend of equal parts Grecanico Dorato and Carricante, it receives brief skin contact and ferments with indigenous yeasts. Maturation in neutral tanks keeps the focus on the grapes and their volcanic origins, while skin contact adds texture and structure.

Bring it to the table with richly flavored fish, roast poultry or Mediterranean vegetables.
