Domaine Castera Jurançon

Domaine Castéra’s sweet Jurançon is a blend of Gros Manseng and Petit Manseng grown on south- and southwest-facing slopes in the foothills of the French Pyrenees. It’s a white wine for those moments when a little sweetness belongs at the table.

The grapes are harvested by hand and fermented with native yeasts. A year of aging on the lees in tanks and wooden vessels gives the wine time to develop before bottling.

Serve chilled with blue cheese, a fruit tart or a simple plate of nuts and cheese. This is the estate’s sweet Jurançon, not its dry Jurançon Sec.
