Barale Fratelli, Castlé Barbera d’Alba DOC

Barale Fratelli’s Castlé is a vibrant, full-bodied Barbera d’Alba from the Castellero vineyard in Barolo, in the heart of Piedmont’s Langhe hills. Made from 100% Barbera, it balances generous fruit with the grape’s refreshing acidity.

Ruby red in the glass, it offers intense aromas of plum jam and small red fruits. The palate is dry, full and crisp, with a balanced finish that makes it a natural companion for the dinner table.

Hand-harvested grapes undergo spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel before nine months in 500-liter oak tonneaux and at least six months of bottle aging.

Try it alongside tomato-rich pasta, roasted meats or a platter of charcuterie and cheeses.
